Dr. Ehsan Moradpur-Tari

Ehsan Moradpur-Tari was born in 1985 in Iran. He has a PhD in Electroceramics, which he received in 2022 from Tarbiat Modares University. He also holds a Master’s in Corrosion Engineering from the University of Tehran, obtained in 2010. He has a keen interest in scientific programming and computational materials. His theoretical research activities include Density Functional Theory, Molecular Dynamics, and Machine Learning. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher focusing on atomistic simulations and aiming to integrate quantum physics and molecular dynamics using machine learning. His research primarily revolves around studying vacuum arcing in particle accelerators at CERN. In addition to theoretical work, he has experience in experimental research within supercapacitors and electrochemistry. He has authored 10 publications to date.
